Cancellation Policy:  Refund of registration fee will only be granted if a written request is received no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start of the workshop.  An administration fee of $25 will be retained on refunds.  No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after that date.  No phone call cancellations will be accepted.  Family Psychological Services, P.C. reserves the right to cancel any workshop in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which event the full enrollment fee will be returned to the applicants.  In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to notify registrants no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the workshop.
